Struggling with food, body image, or disordered eating patterns can feel isolating—but you’re not alone. I specialize in treating anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, chronic dieting, and body image concerns. I also support individuals navigating eating disorders during pregnancy, postpartum, or fertility treatment—when food and body struggles often become more complex.
Treatment is always personalized. We’ll work together to uncover the emotional and relational roots of your eating disorder and develop sustainable, compassionate tools to support recovery.
I also work with adolescents struggling with body image, disordered eating, and low self-esteem.
Therapy offers teens a space to explore these pressures without shame—while also helping parents better understand and support their child’s recovery.

Relationships can feel strained by communication breakdowns, mismatched needs, parenting stress, infertility, or simply the wear and tear of life. In therapy, I help couples reconnect, repair trust, and navigate change with more clarity and compassion.
Whether you’re trying to parent better together, rebuild after disconnection, or prepare for major transitions, couples therapy creates space for both of you to feel seen and supported.

Support for the heartbreak, anxiety, and waiting that comes with fertility treatment.
Infertility takes a real toll—emotionally, physically, and relationally. Whether you’re navigating IVF, egg freezing, embryo loss, or the endless two-week wait, therapy can offer space to process grief, cope with uncertainty, and make decisions that align with your values. I work with individuals and couples across every stage of the fertility journey, including third-party reproduction and reproductive trauma.

Therapy for overwhelm, burnout, and emotional exhaustion.
Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, feeling stuck in cycles of self-criticism, or simply exhausted from holding it all together—therapy can help. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, perfectionism, low self-worth, and chronic stress. My approach is relational, emotion-focused, and grounded in uncovering the deeper patterns that shape how you cope.
You don’t have to wait for things to get worse. Therapy can be a place to exhale—and begin again.

Therapy that moves with you—literally.
For some clients, being outside and in motion makes it easier to open up. Walk & Talk Therapy sessions take place in Studio City and blend movement with emotional processing. This option can be especially helpful for those dealing with anxiety, burnout, postpartum stress, or body image concerns.
